• Choose whether you want to freeze your wine in large quantities or smaller portions, such as tablespoons. If choosing modest amounts, get an ice cube tray. Get a suitable plastic container if you want bigger quantities.
• Don't overfill the ice cube tray or container when adding the wine because it will expand somewhat when frozen.
• Put the container's lid on if it has one. Then, to prevent any unintended wine leaks, wrap it with a sheet of clingfilm.
• Wine should now be frozen by putting the container in the freezer.
